Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace are an international community built on a rich heritage promoting social justice as a way to peace. Our founding spirit calls us to further the work of peace, and our call to peacemaking pervades our prayer and leads us to a life of simplicity and service. We minister in education, health care, justice advocacy, service to women and children, spirituality and missions abroad, Our Sisters live and serve in the United States, the United Kingdom, El Salvador and Haiti. Recognizing gospel peace as both gift and task, we believe that prayer is fundamental to our life. Join us in community as vowed Sisters.
