Augustinians

Casa Agustín is a discernment house for Hispanic/Latino men interested in the Augustinian religious life. The discernment house provides an opportunity for men who seek to explore the religious vocation while they participate and live together in an Augustinian community. The Casa Agustín program is designed for men requiring spiritual, academic, and linguistic training. In order to participate in the program the candidate must be over 18 years of age. Ordinarily the candidate will have a high school diploma. The program, however, is designed to accommodate candidates with a GED or in process of obtaining it. The discernment house was established by the Augustinian Friars of the St. Thomas Villanova Province. This discernment house for Hispanic/Latino men is, therefore, an answer to the directives of the church and our charism to respond to its needs.
