Archdiocese of Chicago Teen Peer Ministry Formation 2012-2013

Mission
To help develop our present young leaders to become future ministers of our Church and our world. By developing their hearts, minds, and souls, we will create a generation of young leaders in the faith, ministry and life.

Vision
To intentionally invest time, resources, and quality formation for young leaders from different parishes of the Archdiocese, so that they may become effective young leaders of our Church today and key ministers and leaders of our Church tomorrow who will invest their time, talents, skills, knowledge into Christ’s Church.

Goal #1
To Empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today. (Forming leaders in the Faith)
Goal #2
To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community. (Forming leaders in Ministry)
Goal #3
To Foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person. (Forming leaders in Life)
