Christian Appalachian Project (CAP) is an interdenominational organization serving people in need in eastern Kentucky. CAP offers a strong cultural experience, an assortment of service placements, distinctive community living and a flexible time commitment. Long-term (9-12 months) and short-term (3 weeks-8 months) volunteers needed to serve in child and family development centers, adult education, elderly services, housing and home repair, family advocacy, summer camp, educational programming, disability services, and many other poverty-focused programs.
