The Society of St. Paul is an international congregation of Priests and Brothers. Their founder, Blessed James Alberione, had a global vision. From the dawn of the Institute in 1914, the Society of St. Paul spread rapidly and is now located in 23 countries. In imitation of their patron, St. Paul the Apostle, who proclaimed the gospel by all means available, the Priests and Brothers of the Society of St. Paul operate radio and TV stations, recording and film studios, and numerous publishing centers through the world. Priests and Brothers begin their day with the Eucharist and end it with an hour of adoration and meditation in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. The Pauline constantly strives to perfect his life of prayer and unites it with the modern day ministry of technology. As religious, they seek to achieve the perfection of charity through prayer and practice of the Evangelical Counsel: poverty, chastity, obedience and fidelity to the Pope.
