Today we celebrate all of God’s close friends. In other words, this could be our day too! Everyone, who in their life has tried to carry out God’s will and follow Jesus are saints whether or not they are elevated to an altar. We know many saints: they are around us, teaching us what is truly important in life.

How close is my friendship with God? Do I desire to follow Jesus and serve him?
