The truth, which we know inside us, but sometimes would rather ignore so that we don't have to act on it, is that there is a huge field of work in the service of the reign of Jesus and very few people who listen to the call to service and ministry. It is easier, logically, to remain in one's comfort zone, without necessarily doing anything bad, but without giving oneself to service or listening to the call of Jesus which can change life radically. Listening to that call would mean leaving a lot of things behind, giving up much and walking simply and humbly with God.
