¡OYE! launches the Year of Teens & Young Adults with a Labor Day Picnic
¡OYE! Magazine and the Archdiocese of Chicago launched the Year of Teens & Young Adults with a picnic and Mass during Labor Day weekend. Among those in attendance were youth groups from several parishes, Fr. Guillermo Campuzano from ESFOR; Fr. Marcos Mercado, Marilú González, and Jorge Rivera from the Archdiocese of Chicago; Meinrad Scherer-Emunds, associate publisher of Claretian publications; Carmen F. Aguinaco, director of the Hispanic Minsitry Resource Center and OYE editor and her staff; Fr. José Sánchez, CMF, Bro. Tom Haerle, CMF, and Claretians seminarians; Vicente del Real from Enredate Radio, Sister Dominga Zapata from the Society of Helpers, and more.
