In these times we need to explore and respond to the reality that the youth face today. The signs of the times seriously challenge us to enrich the ministry of the youth, which are called to the great adventure of being the Young Church, who is the main agent of Evangelization and leaven of the Reign of God in society. We need to be with the youth, be present in their lives, and listen to their voices and their wisdom guide them to an integral leadership. Certainly we must recognize and help the Church to understand, the need to embrace, and affirm the cultural diversity that unites us, and identifies us with the path of faith and the gifts the youth offer the Church today.

There is a need of enrichment at all levels, especially in the personal encounter of conversion, of communion, solidarity and of the mission with Jesus Christ; with the purpose to promote and encourage a spirit that moves us to be more active in our communities and parishes. We must encourage a preferred choice from and with the youth that reflects the youth’s enthusiasm and commitment to integrate into the Church’s life and mission. Youth evangelizing youth. A radical call to be young missionaries that embrace the fire and love of the Gospel in their hearts.
